Mary was born, raised and educated in Oregon. She worked for many years as a sales account manger in the biotech and nutritional supplement industries. She now works hard at being a mom. With her husband she is raising three teenagers and a dog named Seamus. She works to keep her own mental health in check with gardening and hot yoga. She is profoundly grateful for the support and guidance of some wise child mental health professionals.
Mary sums it up: Having kids with special needs is hard, finding the right therapist should not be. I felt isolated and alone trying to navigate the children’s mental health system, finding the right therapist that understood our unique challenges changed everything.
